Aged 48 Months in new Pennsylvania oak barrels. Handpicked from our Southern York County vineyard.  Rich aromas of cedar, berry, and toasted nuts.  Flavors of wild cherry and cranberry with a twist of orange peel melting into a black tea finish with a hint of warm spice.  2017 Vintage.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Locally grown grapes aged 60 months in French oak. Medium body structure exhibiting a rich jammy nose with accents of campfire and mocha, with a delicate vanilla twist. Elegant balance of stone fruit and cedar on the palate with strong, silky tannins. 2016 Vintage.
