2019 Sauvignon Blanc $18
This 2019 treasure displays a full rich character both aromatically and on the palate. Aromas of pear, orange zest, honeysuckle, green pea, and clay. Fresh vibrant minerality and flavors of green apple and lemongrass. A summertime favorite with grilled shrimp, halibut, or other light fish.
2021 Chardonnay $28
A symphony of rich aromas of peach and mango, accompanied by underlying notes of granny smith apple, citrus, vanilla and butter. Full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel, moderate acidity, and flavors of caramel, butterscotch and soft oak.
2019 Chardonnay $26
Malolactic-fermented Chardonnay aged 24 months in French oak to perfection! Aromas of orange blossom and apple melting into toasted pecans. Rich butterscotch bourbon notes on the palate followed by an encore of Creme Brule with a cleansing finish of Meyer lemon.
2021 Petit Verdot $28
Classic aromas of lilac, lavender and sage deliver a waterfall of dark fruit flavors on the palate with baking spice and black tea into a candied violet finish. Perfumy and expressive not to be overlooked. Take your barbeque to a new level of perfection.

Aged 54 months in French oak barrels. Delightful aromas of warm oak and spicy chocolate. Flavors of ripe berries, fig and spice. Lingering finish of violet and lavender knit together with soft tannins.

Aged 23 months in Pennsylvania Oak Barrels. Aromas of spice, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon with a hint of violet. Flavors of ripe stone fruit, blueberry, and spice. Hint of eucalyptus on finish. Open-knit tannins.
2014 Cabernet Franc $35
2014 rockstar aged 48 months in new St. Louis oak barrels. Handpicked from our Southern York County vineyard. Rich aromas of cedar and toast followed by a hint of vanilla. The palate experiences layers of strawberry, cherry, pecan, cinnamon, and baking spices. Balanced tannins and acidity complement a lingering espresso finish. An excellent pairing for the classic aged premium cheese.
2013 Cabernet Franc $40
Aged 60 months in American Oak Barrels. Aromas of cherry, charcoal, and campfire. Flavors of cherry, red raspberry, and mocha. Soft fleshy open-knit tannins resulting in a wine that is full of character and approachable.

2013 Shiraz aged 18 months using 30% new Hungarian oak barrels and 70% new French oak barrels. Locally grown in Southern York County. Abundant color, structure, and flavor. Aromas of sweet oak and jammy fruit. Currant, blackberry, spice, and mocha linger on the palate.
