WINE AND FOOD FLIGHTS

Elevate your Wine Flight with our May Wine Pairing Event.

Your Food Flight will consist of an array of four tasty treats selected to bring out the best in your wine. All you need to do is choose your favorite Wine Flight or try our suggested pairings. Challenge your tastebuds to find the unexpected. It’s as simple as that. Whether you like sweet, semi-sweet or dry wines, you will find something you love.

This event is a self-guided tasting. Reservations are not necessary this time, but keep in mind that seating is limited and available on first come basis.

Four Springs Winery and Thunder Ridge Vineyards have teamed up for a weekend of wine, food and fun. Visit both wineries and be treated to a rare, behind-the-scenes experience.

One ticket gives you access to both wineries.

At each winery, receive:

3 finished wines with 3 paired foods
VIP barrel tasting with paired food
VIP tank tasting with paired food
Talk to the winemakers and learn what happens behind the scenes

For the Love of a Franc

If you have ever wondered what it is like to taste a really great 12-year-old wine, this is your chance. Plus, you can taste an 11-year-old wine, plus 10-year-old wine, plus a 9-year-old wine. Yep, drink like a pro! Some of these wines will be gone forever after this event. Do not hold back. Treat yourself.

This event is held in the barrel and tank room, so tickets are very limited.

WINE AND FOOD PAIRING

Come see how we get the party started. Whether you have a sweet palate or a dry palate, this is the event for you.

Don’t miss an opportunity to take a step back in time and taste some of our older vintages. We will be opening the vault and pulling out two library wines for a vertical tasting. You will also be treated to a unique experience of tasting from one of our barrels. Learn firsthand how each harvest is different and changes over time. A total of six wines will be showcased with carefully selected food pairings.
